- 4″ precision EPI wafer
- MESA construction
- Cat 1 Bonding - Die form
- DSCC certification received for JAN, JANTX and JANTXV
- JANS certification scheduled for Q4 2010
- DSCC slash sheet qualifications starting Q4 2010
We are also offering a ready written Source Control Drawing that will give customers the ability to qualify devices without the need for timely and costly investment in defining their own SCD - please contact us for more information and SCD templates.
