SEMICOA is back and in full production of bipolar transistors in all DSCC approved levels:

We are expanding our product offering and are working with customers to provide devices required regardless of the obsolescence status of the device from our competitors.
SEMICOA intends to broaden the served markets by adding devices for Power, RF and Switching with much larger dynamic operating voltage and currents
We will be offering our first bipolar diodes as SCDs submitted to DSCC and will rapidly expanding that product breadth as required by customer needs and obsolescent shortages.
Newer technologies such as Silicon Carbide, Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Nitride and Indium Phosphide are under development and will be offered later this year.
In addition, all products will be inventoried as radiation compliant DSCC devices including die. It is the intent of SEMICOA to reduce lead times especially for the higher performance products.

SEMICOA'S rectifier diodes
Continuing the same high standards that span 41 years. SEMICOA has developed a family of Ultra Fast Recovery Rectifier Diodes to meet the critical requirements of the Space. Aeropsace Defense, and High Reliability Industrial Markets.
Using the most advanced engineering and product development techniques the SEMICOA diode product line exhibits the highest performance specifications for key parameters such as leakage current, forward voltage and reverse recovery time.
Leakage currents are in nanoamperes with competitively lower Vf at device rated currents. A family of zener devices is in development and will be available in the second half of 2010. These devices will be offered as SCD’s, DSCC QPL packaged and die products with full radiation compliance certification performed by MIL-PRF-19500 standards.
SEMICOA will be offering, with DSCC approval, the 1N58XX family in quality levels ranging from JANSR, JANS, JANTXV, JANTX and JAN. These quality levels are based upon procedures outlined by MIL-PRF-19500 and AS9100. The 1N5811, 1N5809, 1N5807, 1N5906, 1N5804, 1N5802 family are to be available in axial lead, surface mount and in die form. Screening options to individual source-controlled drawings are available by customer request.
