Phoenix Semiconductor Limited is delighted to announce their association with Semicoa Corporation, CA.
Phoenix Semiconductor has been appointed as their exclusive authorised European sales representative managing all aspects of business within Europe offering radiation tolerant semiconductor components built to MIL-PFR-19500.
The current product offering includes small signal bipolar and RF transistors with a product roadmap being rolled out over 2010 for the following

- IGBT
- SiC
Leaded and surface mount packages - Die form
All to MIL-PRF-19500 with a range of radiation tolerance from level L (50krad (Si)) to level F (300krad(Si)), with designs under development to increase this further.
